Client Overview
Triveni Turbines Limited (TTL) is a leading manufacturer of industrial steam turbines and power solutions. TTL has 50+ years of experience in the industry. It designs, manufactures and supplies steam turbine solutions for industrial and renewable power generation projects.
The organization needed better communication & information sharing with the growth of the company. Employees need to access company information, resources and business applications much faster than before. Hence, Triveni Turbines decided to partner with Enaviya in order to create a modern intranet portal that would serve as a central digital workplace for the entire organization.
Client Requirements
Our client required a simple and modern Intranet Portal for Employees. The main goal was to advance internal communication and offer quick access to the information. The organization also wanted a centralized location to share announcements, recognize employee accomplishments, conduct engagement activities, and easily manage the content on the intranet.

Project Summary
The organization was struggling with information sharing across departments. Employees were spending time searching for company updates, important resources and business applications. One of the challenges was to find announcements and activities of employees which resulted in ineffective communication and employee engagement.
To overcome these challenges, Enaviya built the Triveni Intranet Portal using SharePoint, SPFx, React, Tailwind CSS, PnPJS, and Power Automate.
Our intranet solution gave employees a single location to discover company news, announcements, quick links, business apps, organization resources, birthdays, work anniversaries, rewards & recognition programs, photos, videos, company events, and much more. All of this is accessible through a single system. Admins can simply change portal content, publish updates, and create employee engagement activities, all without IT help.
Challenges
The organization faced issues with communicating across different departments. Employees spent too much time on searching for important information (Example: updates, links, business applications). Also, important company announcements were missed frequently. Employee engagement opportunities were not easily accessible. This negatively affected the organization's ability to communicate.
