Our client is among the leading and most innovative business groups in Dubai with approximately 44,000 employees. The Al-Futtaim Group operates in 8 major sectors such as, Automotive, Electronics, Insurance, Service, Real Estate, Retail, Industry and International.
As a large organization employing so many people in so many different types of sector and locations, they required to find a way to centralize its digital document management and approvals, as well as internal communication more effectively.
Client Requirements
As the organization expanded, managing documents via e-mail and shared Folders became a challenge which involved both time and resources. Employees had difficulty locating documents, tracking approval status, and remaining up-to-date on current projects and tasks. Our client required an enterprise platform service portal to make daily task more organized and easier to manage.

Project Summary
Enaviya developed a Centralized Enterprise Service Portal to address the challenges faced by the company. Previously, the company relied on Email to share Documents, which was leading to delay in finding, receiving, and retrieving information that was required. With custom enterprise platform service portal, companies can now store, share, and approve documents using a single digital platform.
Using the digital portal, employees can store their files systematically with clearly defined views of how files would be shared, where they would be approved, and how quickly they would be reviewed. The automated approval process allows for rapid document flow to which employees do not need to email every time. Therefore, teams can now easily collaborate and remain in constant communication with one another, creating greater opportunities for company's growth.
