Hardware/software requirements

The required hardware configuration will depend on many factors, including the number of concurrent users, the volume of data, and so on. The following is the minimum hardware/software configuration required:

PC-compatible Pentium 4 (2.4Ghz) or more
1GB RAM (2GB if SQL Server installed on same machine)
Microsoft Windows Server 2003+
Microsoft .NET Framework v2.0 or higher
Active Directory domain
Terminal Services installed and configured
Internet Information Services (IIS) 5+ (IIS 6 recommended)
- ASP.NET configured with .NET Framework 2.0 or higher
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or Microsoft SQL Server 2008
- Note : Microsoft SQL Server can be installed on another server
SMTP Service

Thin clients

PC-compatible Pentium 3 or more (Pentium 4 or equivalent recommended)
