JOB REQUISITION WORKFLOW
The Job Requisition Workflow allows managers to post a request for a new position using the company intranet, and interact with senior management and human resources to have the position approved. The system automatically tracks each position request, its description, requirements, salary and details, along with any changes made to the request as it goes through the approval process. It then alerts the appropriate parties as the job requisition is approved, rejected or changed. Once approved, the Job Requisition workflow generates a new job number and posts the approved job requisition information to the Careers Portal workflow.

CAREERS PORTAL
The Careers portal allows you to easily post new job openings to your B2B website, recruiting sites, or a corporate intranet, and assign those jobs to a recruiter to track response. The portal displays a job list with details, a response mechanism for each, and provides applicants a variety of tools to facilitate their search. It seamlessly interfaces with both Job Requisition Workflow and the Applicant Tracking System, allowing recruiters to easily manage the entire life cycle of each job posting.

Job number, location, description, title, job type, hours and salary range, applicant name, contact information and resume, submission date and time.

Third-party recruiter support and recruiter ID and administration features
APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEM
The Applicant Tracking System allows recruiters to easily manage their daily workflow. It receives and organizes the information posted by applicants to the Careers Portal and provides each recruiter with a personalized home page that has a comprehensive selection of user-friendly features to help them manage both the jobs they have
been assigned and the candidates that have applied for those jobs. It provides details about each candidate and job, and where each candidate is within their interview process, along with a wide variety of search, status, communication and organizational tools to help each recruiter easily manage each application.
The system captures:
Job number, location, description, title, job type, hours and salary range, candidate details, including name, contact information, resume, current employment, relocation and employment preferences, submission dates, third-party recruiter or referral information.
It includes:
Job queue and candidate view features, application status, recruiter assignments, reporting tools, candidate history, the jobs they applied for, e-mail, reporting and administration features, robust search features, including resume and applicant search features.
METRIC SYSTEM
Metrics Systems allows global human resources management to track employee populations by month and year across dozens of relevant criteria and develop and share reports.
