General Overview

At Enaviya Info Technologies we develop software solutions which will be used in design industry specifically for designing of Trusses and Roofs, which will be mainly used in civil engineering / construction field .Our team here is well versed with the technology, terminology and designs used in this industry such as Trusses, Purlins, Frames, Bearings, Layout, Design, Costing etc.We use the cutting edge and state of the art technologies to develop software which will be mainly used in such industry by providing user friendly and cost effective GUI environment for designers, so that they can just transform their idea into ready to use design in very short time.We work with good design engineers in the field to develop and test the software with new and real time designs of construction industry to ensure that the software will cater most of the cases of real time.

 
Feature

The software has been developed keeping in mind the design criteria, different metrics like SI , FPS for different countries like Indian-IS, British Code-BS , Canadian code in order to develop a scalable application so that it can be extended and used in different conditions.

The software creates new type of individual truss as per the requirements and inputs of designers Eg : Mono Truss, Symmetric and Asymmetric Truss, Truncated Truss, Attic, Gambrel , Valley, Camber, Vault Porch, Stub Truss and other trusses .

We also work on engineering of these trusses by calculating the loads on them, The Dead and Live load , the Uniform load , Point load and Long Term and Short Term loads . It also provides proper fasteners for the same and calculating the cost of them and also in printing and saving the details of the design for later review .

There is a another feature , where during design time , the web patterns automatically changes to suite the loading condition as well as minimum bay lengths for webs . It can also automatically select a web pattern for any given truss type .

We also developed a part of software, which not only design the individual truss but also frame those trusses into different layout as per the client’s requirement and designs.

There has been a new implementation where a centralized database is used to store the details of all the design in order to reuse the design, which will considerably reduce the design time. In this , a centralized server stores the designed trusses and makes accessibility easier . This feature is successfully developed and tested and result showed us a great improvement over the previous architecture.
